Greenball is the result of advanced research carried out by Maspica Srl's in-house laboratory and was created with a specific goal in mind: to offer maximum stability, comfort and performance without compromising on lightness and flexibility.
Thanks to an in-depth analysis of the real movements of workers, each component of Greenball has been designed to promote the natural ergonomics of the foot and distribute weight in an optimal way. Every step is more fluid, balance is improved, and fatigue is reduced, even after many hours on your feet or on the move.
D3O® DROP ERGONOMY: THE TECHNOLOGICAL HEART
A distinctive feature of the Greenball is the exclusive D3O® insert integrated into the midsole. This high-performance material, designed to absorb high-energy impacts, is now visible and protected thanks to the innovative PodSkin coating, which preserves its mechanical properties over time.
When walking, D3O® Decell acts in two stages:
• it cushions the initial impact on the heel,
• it reduces the effort required to push off with the forefoot.
The result is a progressive cushioning effect, which reduces joint stress and makes your stride more
fluid and controlled.
RESOLUTE SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY: THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE INTEGRATED SYSTEM
The potential of D3O® finds its maximum expression within the Resolute System Technology, the
integrated system of cushioning, stability and protection developed by Sixton Peak® and tested in collaboration with the University of Padua.
This technological evolution guarantees:
• +30% cushioning in the heel area,
• +50% stability during the support phase,
• +100% durability over time.
This is thanks to the synergy between three key elements:
1. D3O® Decell, which absorbs and dissipates impact energy in an intelligent and reactive way;
2. Dynamic Control, a support structure that guides the foot through pronation and supination movements, improving dynamic balance;

The BOA® Perform Fit Wrap™ closure, with millimetric micro-adjustment, guarantees a snug, stable and perfectly customised fit in seconds.
SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Greenball is also a responsible choice. All its materials follow a logic of reducing environmental impact:
• Upper in GRS-certified polyester, derived from recycled materials.
• Midsole with PU CCYCLED® material by BASF obtained from renewable resources.
• Vibram® Ecostep Pro sole, containing up to 30% recycled material and capable of guaranteeing high performance.
• NanoToe™ toe cap in carbon nanotubes, resistant and extremely lightweight thanks to its reduced thickness.
• QRS02 Green footbed, with a recycled, breathable, multi-layer structure.
• KX Green Light insert, tested with a 3 mm nail, resistant and sustainable PS Method.
